Relational Supervision

Relational Supervision is a collaborative process with supervisees, supervisor and often (but not always) an organisation. The relationship evolves as it is continually changing and being co-created through a dialogical process.
— Karl Gregory and Sheila McCathy-Dodd
The primary purpose of supervision is to ensure that the counsellor is addressing the needs of the client.
