Counselling is a chance to gain new perspectives

Hello. My name is Luke and I work as a Counsellor, Coach and Supervisor with over ten years experience. I currently see clients in central Bristol, Nailsworth, or via Skype.

What brings someone to Counselling?

Sometimes the difficulties in our lives make us feel stuck. Whatever we try or whoever we speak to, nothing seems to help. We can feel like life has lost its direction and meaning and we cannot seem to find a way out on our own.

Why Counselling?

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a process of self development with the aim of improving our well being and performance. The focus is on the here and now and finding the right tools for you to reach your goals.

To do this I use: Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
