Clinical Supervision

Relational Supervision is a collaborative process with supervisees, supervisor and often (but not always) an organisation. The relationship evolves as it is continually changing and being co-created through a dialogical process.

Who I work with?

I work with private supervises, group supervision and reflective practice groups both face to face and online. Currently, I have contracts with University of Bristol and The Sanctuary (Bristol).

How I work?

Within supervision, I have three main roles: clinical supervisor, group supervisor and reflective practice supervisor.

Clinical supervisor (Private practice) - I work with both private supervisees in private practice and supervisees that work with organisations, both of these present their own challenges and rewards. Counsellors in private practice have a variety of roles that need managing over time, this is not just about case management. I work anything that impacts on the therapeutic space, whether it is: client work, personal life, finances, getting referrals, building a private practice, etc… The ebb and flow of this is something that I work together with supervisee and help them to refine their own internal supervisor.

What I offer?

I work as a Supervisor seeing individuals who work as Counsellors, Psychotherapists and other caring professionals.

Sessions are charged at:-

  • Individual sessions - £65 per session

  • Group sessions - £75 per hour
